I'm so glad I have started ordering from Pendle Pastures. The chicken and lamb is delicious, the quality is something that can never be found from a supermarket. Seeing how Pendle Pastures farm from their Instagram is amazing to see. Great service and I highly recommend.

Meat is clean and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste how much better the quality of this lamb and chicken is compared to generic store-bought meat. Packaged nicely in vacuum seal bags which makes it easy to defrost and cook in manageable portions. We have ordered multiple times and have yet to be disappointed.

I have ordered from Pendle Pastures twice now and the quality is always outstanding. The meat was very fresh and tender! Was easy to cook and no smell when washing the chicken. The chicken looked healthy and from the Instagram it was great to see how the chickens are raised and looked after. Definitely recommend.

I bought some Lamb from Abdur Rahman and Aminah a few months ago, not for the first time. Defrosted one of the lovely packs of shoulder to make a simple meal. (Yes, it was all packed nicely in quantities I wanted when it arrived so all I needed to do was freeze it for when needed. This morning was one of those days.) Defrosted overnight in the fridge, I chucked it in a pan with masala, an onion and fresh tomatoes, leaving it to cook whilst I got on with my Saturday morning routine. The quality was immense which means it tastes superb 👌. I'm so glad I found Pendle Pastures when I did. Jazak Allah.

I heard about this unique initiative through a number of trusted friends who are existing clients. I was intrigued by the proposition that someone was paying such close attention to the welfare and health of rearing wholesome, fully organic livestock in such a humane, considerate and environmentally friendly fashion that I had to see this for myself.
My interest was piqued to heightened limits and my expectations were high.
However, I can categorically say that the reality was even better than I had imagined.
Thomas took great joy in explaining his unique vision of how farming should be and how it was so different to conventional, mainstream methods. I was truly taken aback by not only his passion but also the amount of thought he had given to each and every aspect of rearing the animals, as well as putting their welfare at the heart of all his decision making.
He has deconstructed the whole process from day 1 to eventual sale and he has left no stone unturned, nor has he cut any corners in ensuring the very best natural organic environment for the animals, even down to the animal feed which itself organic and of the highest quality.
As a 5th generation farmer, his knowledge was always going to be substantial, and I was not disappointed, but what I was most impressed by was the application of it to the modern and financial challenges we face and how he has overcome them.
He is a credit to his industry, especially threw his exemplary custodianship of the land he is in charge of and the importance he puts on the responsible stewardship of the animals under his care.
For those living in the northwest of England and Lancashire in particular, we are so fortunate that we are able to see this revolutionary concept first hand. For those who live further afield, it is certainly worth the trip to behold.
As the saying goes, “you are what you eat” and if you want to fuel your body and that of your loved ones with the very best premium meat and poultry money can buy, then look no further than Pendle Pastures.
After all, what price can you put on good health?

RESPECT! DELICIOUS! WORTH EVERY PENNY !!!
I used to buy cheap shop meat and eat it mindlessly ( regretfully) just as any other commodity. Now, however, I eat the organic meat, with so much respect, knowing full well, that the animal i am eating has been raised with care, compassion and itself has been exposed to the best of feeds. The taste of the Pendle Pasture meat? no smell, tender, vacuum packed, long shelf life, full of taste.... so I ask myself , why should i not buy Pendle pasture meat ? why should i not want to invest in my health? Thank you Abdul Rahman and Amina and the volunteers for all your hard work ...
